Mi nemamo nezavisni univerzitet a kamoli šta drugo.
Being critical is very important but criticism has to be based on real data. I invite you to come to the PMF and observe the progress that has been made. You worry about water, me too and in addition the coming disruptions in electricity. This whole enterprise makes NO sense if we do not create an environment that allows the scientists to stay. We are aware of that !
This is exactly my point, you acknowledge the lack of water and impending power grid collapse, yet you say "we must create an environment to stay." But the environment is the water and the power! To build a high-tech sandbox while the material base of the city literally crumbles is pure fantasy. Your "real data" at PMF is just a microscopic island in a macroeconomic sea of failure. This is like knowing the house is on fire, but polishing the silverware.
