It is amazing how stupid you are. Muslims did not come here, that are Christians who converted to Islam.
Also, it is very sad when someone is looking everything through religion (is it really that important in what someone believe).
And I would also like to tell you that by your statistics we do not have atheist and agnostics and other religions.

Bosnia is an amazing country.
49% of the Bosnian territory is ethnically Serbian, with another 25% Croatian. In total, 74% of Bosnia is a Christian land, and it was so pretty much throughout all the history: from the establishment of the Christian Bosnian Kingdom (100.000% Christian like any other european country) all the way until today.
Muslims, who came to Bosnia in 15th century are today normal citizens of this Christian and European country, and have even authonomy on approximately 26% of the Bosnian territory that they populate for more than 5 centuries. They also have their representatives in the Government: 4 out of 11 ministers are Muslims. And 10 years ago even the Prime minister of Bosnia was a Muslim.
