Na TikTok profilu mamaghanouj_kitchen podijeljen je recept za ovo ukusno jelo, a video je prikupio više od pet miliona pregleda. Autorica je Taghrid Ahmad, a u opisu navodi da joj recept za "najmekšu piletinu" nikad ne može dosaditi.

We’re obsessed! 1.5kg chicken pieces of your choice 4 large potatoes sliced or quartered 2 tablespoons of your favourite poultry seasoning OR: - 1 tablespoon paprika - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder - 1 teaspoon dry oregano 1 whole head of garlic (approx. 10-12 cloves) Juice of 3 large juicy lemons or ½ a cup 1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup water 1 teaspoon salt   Combine chicken & potatoes in a large baking dish with the spices, a drizzle of olive oil & salt to taste.   Bake uncovered at 200c for 30 minutes.   While the chicken is in the oven, make the dressing. Using a mortar & pestle (preferable method) smash garlic with 1 teaspoon of salt until it forms a paste. Add it to a jug with the olive oil, lemon juice & water. Give it a good whisk.   Remove chicken from the oven & pour sauce over, turn chicken & potatoes so they’re well coated, making sure skin side of the chicken is facing up. Sastojci:

1,5 kilogram komada piletine po izboru 4 velika krompira narezana na kriške 2 kašike začina za piletinu 1 kašika paprike

1/2 kašičice luka u prahu 1/2 kašičice bijelog luka u prahu 1 kašičica origana cijela glavica bijelog luka Sok od 3 velika limuna ili 1/2 šolje 1/2 šolje maslinovog ulja 1/2 šolje vode 1 kašičica soli

Priprema:

Pomiješajte piletinu i krompir u velikoj tepsiji sa začinima, malo maslinovog ulja i soli po ukusu. Pecite otkriveno na 200 stepeni 30 minuta.

Dok je piletina u rerni, napravite preliv. Izgnječite bijeli luk s jednom kašičicom soli dok ne dobijete pastu. Dodajte ga u posudu s maslinovim uljem, limunovim sokom i vodom. Dobro umutite.

Izvadite piletinu iz rerne i prelijte sosom, okrenite piletinu i krompir tako da budu dobro natopljeni, pazeći da kožica bude okrenuta prema gore.

Smanjite temperaturu na 180 stepeni i vratite tepsiju u rernu na još 45 minuta do jedan sat ili dok piletina ne bude pečena i poprimi lijepu boju.
