Manchester United are ready to break the club’s transfer spending record by bidding for £35m rated Bundesliga marksman Edin Dzeko. Sir Alex Ferguson is keen to bring in new attacking options and is known to be a huge admirer of the Wolfsburg man and will seek to sign the Bosnian next summer. The tall 24 year old has been in excellent form for the 2009 German champions netting 81 goals in 130 games for Steve McClaren’s side. However Dzeko is keen to move on as he probably feels he has gone as far as he can with Wolfsburg who seem unable to replicate the success of their maiden Bundesliga title. A number of clubs are said to be chasing the Sarajevo born striker with the likes of Manchester City, AC Milan and Juventus all being recently linked with a move. . http://www.caughtoffside.com/2010/11/01/manchester-united-will-launch-record-breaking-35m-move-for-bundesliga-goal-machine/
