The Britney Spears Foundation goal is to help children, through Britney's personal believes on how it must focus "on the most rewarding dimensions of entertainment - the power to heal and the power to fulfill". The foundation supports the Britney Spears Camp for the Performing Arts, creates fun-filled playrooms for children on extended hospital stays and on 2002 donated $1 million to the Twin Towers Fund to support the children of uniformed service heroes affected by the disaster of September 11th, 2001. Because of all this work Britney was chosen by kids to win a Neil Bogart Memorial Fund award on 2002. And since then she continues to work on the foundation stronger than ever.
