Michael Jackson wasn\'t the sickly skeleton of a man portrayed by many, according to his autopsy report. In fact, the LA County coroner\'s report shows Jackson was a fairly healthy 50-year-old man before he died of an overdose. His 9st 10lb frame was acceptable for a man of 5ft 9in and his heart was strong with no sign of plaque build-up. His kidneys and most other major organs also showed no abnormal damage. The facial and neck scars may have been due to plastic surgery. Still, Jackson did have some underlying health issues: arthritis in the lower spine and some fingers. According to the autopsy the most damaged part of the singer\'s anatomy was his lungs, which were said to be chronically inflamed. However, according to the document, the lung condition was not serious enough to be a direct or contributing cause of death. Dr Zeev Kain, chairman of the anesthesiology department at the UCLA, said: His overall health was fine-the results are within normal limits.\'
