Who are you?

To put it in a nutshell, Account Managers in Logistics are simply matchmakers. They are the middleman between the shipper and the trucking company that moves the freight.

Responsibilities:

Although there are an array of things our providers must accomplish each day, the core duties of this transportation service provider are relatively consistent.

  • Sourcing clients and arranging negotiations
  • Booking shipments and preparing corresponding documentation
  • Monitoring shipments and providing updates
  • Resolving issues and managing disruptions
  • Maintaining relationships with clients
  • Generating leads and attracting new prospects, and developing a sales pipeline

You will be assigned a mentor, who will help you in your daily work during the first year of your employment with us. That’s why for us, a bigger plus compared to relevant work experience is your desire for success and proactivity in your approach to work.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma
  • English language proficiency
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Sales and negotiation skills

Other information:

Our working hours are Monday to Friday, from 2PM to 11PM with an hour lunch break.
